I have had the fortune to have had a relationship with Shepherd Realty for more than fifteen years, as a buyer, seller and landlord. Shepherd Realty has been managing our Eastman property for many years. As we live thousands of miles away, it has been a blessing. It has allowed us to not have to worry about tenants or house repairs, and therefore we have been able to keep our house in that beautiful place. They have gone above and beyond, even down to choosing and picking up new light fixtures when the old ones weren't working!
They are diligent in finding new tenants quickly and make for smooth transitions when a change needs to take place... We rest easy and are able to keep our favorite place until our schedules allow us to go up there more and we can transition to seasonal rentals.
