Carol Shepherd is the full-time Broker/Owner of Eastman Premier Rentals. Carol and her husband Ron have been Eastman, NH real estate owners since 1981. Their family was one of a dozen families living here year-around in the early Eighties, and their 4 boys couldn't wait for summer guests to come and visit Eastman. As Eastman and Grantham, NH have grown and changed over the years, Carol's real estate and rental businesses continue to thrive. Carol has been effectively serving the real estate and rental needs of the Eastman community for over 28 years.

Max Shepherd is a native of Eastman in Grantham, NH. The third son of Ron and Carol Shepherd, Max was raised in the Eastman Community. After earning a Business Management undergraduate degree from Franklin Pierce University, he returned to the area and became a licensed REALTOR® in New Hampshire. He works with both rentals and real estate sales in the Dartmouth / Lake Sunapee Region.

Shelbie Shepherd is a local, born and raised in the Upper Valley. She is a licensed REALTOR® in New Hampshire and a real estate sales agent with CG Shepherd Realty, LLC in Grantham, NH. She is also a Rental Specialist for Eastman Premier Rentals working with vacation rentals and long-term rentals in the Dartmouth / Lake Sunapee Region.
