First stop is the American Precision Museum.

The American Precision Museum is located in the renovated 1846 Robbins & Lawrence factory on South Main Street in Windsor, VT. The building is said to be the first U.S. factory at which precision interchangeable parts were made, giving birth to the precision machine tool industry.  

Then head over to the Old Constitution House.

The Old Constitution House is a historic house at 16 North Main Street in Windsor, Vermont. It is the birthplace of the Vermont Republic and the Constitution of the State of Vermont.

For your next stop, explore Artisans Park and all it has to offer. Brimming with exciting things to do, start with Simon Pearce. Here you can shop for beautiful pottery. Check ahead to see if they’re open for glass blowing demonstrations. 

Bring your picnic blanket and wander into the hedge maze at the Path of Life Sculpture Garden. The Path of Life Garden is one-of-a-kind. A landscape shaped by a revelation of the human spirit and inspired by our relationship with the natural world. Travel through 18 works of art illustrating elements that constitute human life and engage in the 14 acres of sculptures and the surrounding expanse. You will also find rafting trips, biking trails, and more.

Head out to Blake Hill and sample heavenly homemade jams. Then stop by Farmstead Cheese Company for exquisite old-world cheeses.  

  1. Photo Op at the Covered Bridge

Moving on to stop three, head out to the Windsor-Cornish Covered Bridge, a must-see for a photo op. This is a 154-year-old, two-span timber covered bridge that crosses the Connecticut River connecting New Hampshire to Vermont. 

  1. Sunset and Stroll
