Carol Shepherd is the full-time Broker/Owner of Eastman Premier Rentals. Carol and her husband Ron have been Eastman, NH real estate owners since 1981. Their family was one of a dozen families living here year-around in the early 80s, and their boys couldn't wait for summer guests to come and visit Eastman. As Eastman and Grantham, NH have grown and changed over the years, Carol's real estate and rental businesses continue to thrive. Carol has been effectively serving the real estate and rental needs of the Eastman community for over 35 years.

Hannah Powers

Hannah Powers is the Rental Coordinator for CG Shepherd Realty, LLC / Eastman Premier Rentals. She has lived in New Hampshire her whole life and appreciates the convenient location of the Eastman Community close to ski mountains and the surrounding lakes. Hannah recognizes that Eastman has so much to offer both residents and guests. The lake, golf, cross-country skiing, and a restaurant, to name a few. "Forbes Tavern never disappoints with their menu, especially their specials, so we enjoy eating there a lot." Hannah was drawn to working with Eastman Premier Rentals because she enjoys working with people who are also a part of the local community, not just another corporate company. Plus, she hopes to help people find local activities and amenities to better experience this region of the great state of NH. "I myself like to enjoy vacations, so why not help others enjoy their stay." We are happy to have Hannah as part of our Rental Team!
