Eastman is 2 hours from Boston, 30 minutes from Woodstock, Vermont, which is one of the most picturesque towns in New England. It is 20 minutes from Hanover, which is a cool college town that is home to Dartmouth College. Hanover has a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We are 15 minutes from Lake Sunapee and New London, NH. Both great places to visit. Eastman has an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and miles of marked hiking trails. Our condo is a 3-minute walk to the recreation center which has an indoor pool, weight room and a game room that has a pool table and ping pong table. You can also rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. From our condo you can either walk to the beach at the recreation center or another beach, both are only a 3-minute walk. The lake is a good size for canoeing and kayaking. The condo is completely remodeled. It has all new doors, flooring, paint and furniture. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed. On the main floor there is another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are two full bathrooms.
